Hotel Europa, BW Signature Collection - Montreal

This is a well-maintained and excellent value place, with central location and updated rooms. The staff are accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is magnificent, 10 minutes' walk to Mccord Museum. Plus, this hotel is right at centre of the city.

Had a very pleasant stay for our last night of vacation, everything was perfect. We stayed in the small queen room with the fridge added and enjoyed it.

Comfortable and gorgeous hotel, consistently courteous staff on reception desk, everything was perfect. Reasonably large and soundproof room with a perfectly clean bathroom. Plenty of food in the venue, attached restaurant...

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating but the noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive. My room was clean and spacious but could benefit from better soundproofing.

The hotel itself is superbly located and the rooms are equipped with every comfort, clean and quiet, only sleeping and washing was associated with frustration.

The beds were extremely soft, you sank deep and couldn't lie straight, instead the feet and head were always higher than the rest of the body. That means backache and headache. In the bathroom the lever on the tap kept falling off, there was cold or boiling water. A repair or a change of room was not possible from the staff's point of view.

Our hotel room was updated and new-fashioned with a better view for sure. The food was excellent and the location was favourable!

We were up most of the night because of groups of Children allowed to stay in a room without supervision. We called the front desk and reported "twice". Finally after 2 am, the noise stopped. Very dissapointed as we had an early morning meeting.

2 large very comfortable queen-size beds (not a sofa - we were with a big kid), clean linen, spacious room, there is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave. Every day we put water in bottles. Breakfast is not included, but next to the reception - the entrance to the cafe "Cora", where for 13-16 kan $ fed to the blade (the big queue is only at 9:00-10:00). There is a gymnasium downstairs. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking Alina. A stone's throw from the hotel - the main stop of the tourist shuttle and tour office, shopping streets, station. To Notre Dame - 35 minutes on foot.

The room itself is quiet, but you can hear all the conversations from the corridor. The air conditioning in the room was off and on all night with a rumble. I had to turn it off. Cleaning isn't perfect. The hotel's old.

Very good location, ideal for exploring the city.

Our first room was next to the street with fire station. Very loud from outside, but also outdated air conditioning.

No parking or luggage service compared to the Best Western Plus in Quebec. Was unfortunately only queensize, is 160x200, I did not know when booking

Comfortable Stay with Pleasant Atmosphere

I enjoyed six nights in a cozy Standard King Room. The front desk staff offered excellent service. Don't miss the onsite restaurant. Their breakfast options are good! It's best to request a room on a higher floor to avoid any staircase issues.
